Scout Manager protects users' personal information with the utmost care and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

1. Personal information items collected
- Required: Name, Email, Mobile Phone Number (for account creation and identity verification)
- Selection: Affiliation information (company name, job title, department), profile image
- Automatically collected during service use: Access logs, IP address, device information, browser information, service usage history
- Payment-related: Payment approval/cancellation history, billing details (Card information is processed through the payment service provider and is not stored by this service)
- Integrated Linkage: Account identifiers and permission scopes for external platforms connected by the user
2. Google User Data Collection and Use
- This service collects the following Google user data via Google OAuth: name, email address, profile photo.
- Google user data is used solely for the purposes of account authentication within the service, processing logins, and displaying user profiles.
- Google does not use user data for any purpose other than providing and improving service features.
3. Sharing, Transferring, and Disclosure of Google User Data
- Google does not share, transfer, or disclose user data to third parties except in the following cases:
- (1) Data is transferred only to the extent necessary for service provision to essential infrastructure providers (cloud hosting: Supabase/AWS), and these providers are bound by data processing agreements to protect the data.
- (2) When disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a government's compulsory request.
- (3) When the user has given explicit consent.
- Google user data is never used or transferred to third parties for purposes such as targeted advertising, data broker sales, information resale, credit scoring, loan screening, personalized ads, retargeting ads, or interest-based advertising.
- Google does not sell user data to third parties.
4. Storage and Deletion of Google User Data
- Google user data is retained only for the duration of service use.
- When a user requests to cancel their membership or disconnect their Google account, the associated Google user data will be completely deleted from the servers within 30 days.
- Users may request to disconnect their Google account and delete their data at any time within the service settings.
- You can also directly revoke this service's access permissions on the Google Security Settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
5. Google User Data Protection Measures
- Google user data is protected during transmission through TLS/HTTPS encryption.
- Data is protected by applying encryption at rest.
- Access to Google user data is restricted to the minimum personnel necessary for service operation, and access logs are recorded.
- OAuth tokens are securely encrypted and stored, and only request the minimum necessary permissions (scope).
6. Methods of Collecting Personal Information
- Information entered directly by the user during the membership registration and service usage process
- Automatic Collection via Google OAuth Login (Based on User Consent)
- Information provided by users during the customer support/inquiry process
- Automatically collected during service use
7. Purpose of Personal Information Use
- Membership registration and service provision, identity verification, account management
- Provides core features such as campaign management, influencer recommendations, and message/email delivery
- Fee payment and settlement, refund processing
- Service Improvement, Security, and Fraud Prevention
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Dispute Resolution
8. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Upon member withdrawal, data shall be destroyed without delay; however, if retention is required by relevant laws and regulations, it shall be stored for the specified period.
- Record Retention under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
- Preservation of access records in accordance with the Communications Secrecy Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations
- Google user data is subject to the provisions of Section 4, "Storage and Deletion of Google User Data," above.
9. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
- We do not provide users' personal information to third parties as a matter of principle.
- However, we may provide such information when required by law, with the user's prior consent, or within the scope necessary for service provision.
- For the provision of Google user data to third parties, please refer to the above section "3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data."
10. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
- Some tasks may be outsourced to external parties for service operation.
- Examples of outsourced tasks: Cloud infrastructure operations (Supabase/AWS), email/notification delivery, payment processing, log analysis
- The entrusted company bears the obligation to protect personal information in accordance with the data processing agreement, and use for purposes other than those specified in the agreement is prohibited.
- The status of entrusted services will be communicated through service announcements or this policy.
11. Transfer Abroad
- Cloud services and external services located overseas may be used to provide the service.
- In the event of an overseas transfer, the destination country, transfer date, and transferred items will be separately notified.
12. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
- Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
- Requests can be submitted through the settings within the service or via customer support channels.
- For Google user data, you can manage access permissions directly on the Google Security Settings page.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- The service may use cookies to improve the user experience.
- Users may refuse to store cookies through their browser settings, though some features may be restricted.
14. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
- Access Permission Management and Application of the Principle of Least Privilege
- Transmission-in-progress encryption (TLS/HTTPS) and encryption at rest
- Access Control for Critical Information and Access Log Recording
- Establishment of internal management plans and regular inspections
- Sensitive data (such as OAuth tokens) is encrypted separately and stored securely.
15. Children's Personal Information
- This service is a B2B service and is not provided to children under the age of 14.
- If information about children under the age of 14 is collected, it will be deleted without delay.
16. Changes to the Privacy Policy
- This policy may be amended in accordance with changes in laws or services.
- Any changes will be announced via service notices or separate notifications.
- If Google's policies regarding user data change, we will notify users in advance and request renewed consent when necessary.
