1. Refund Policy Overview
Scout Manager operates the following refund policy to protect customer rights and ensure transparent transactions.
2. Refund Eligibility Conditions
2.1 Full refund within 7 days of purchase
Applicable Conditions
- • Within 7 days (168 hours) after credit recharge
- • If you have not used any of your prepaid credits
- • Refunds are available only once per charge.
Refund Method
- 100% refund via original payment method
- Card payment: Processing takes 3-5 business days depending on the card issuer's policy.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
Example
Possible: January 1st: 100,000 won recharge → January 5th: Request refund in unused state
Not allowed: January 1st: 100,000 won recharge → 500C used → January 5th: refund request
Not possible: January 1st: 100,000 won recharge → January 10th: Refund request (7 days have passed)
2.2 Partial Refund (After Use)
Applicable Conditions
- • Within 30 days after charging
- • If credit usage is less than 20%of the recharge amount
- • In cases of service quality issues or technical errors
Refund Calculation Formula
- • Refund of the remaining amount after deducting a 10% commission
- • Credits provided as a bonus are non-refundable.
Calculation Example
Charge: 500,000 KRW (6,000C issued - Pro Package + 20% bonus)
• Base Credit: 5,000C
• Bonus Credits: 1,000C
Usage: 500C
Usage ratio: 500C ÷ 5,000C = 10% (based on base credits)
Refundable Amount:
500,000 won × (1 - 0.1) × 0.9 = 405,000 won
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
3.1 No Refunds
- If 7 days have passed since the last recharge and there is a history ofcredit usage
- If 30 dayshave passedsince charging
- If thecredit utilization rateis 20% or higher
- Discount Applied to Recurring Payments (Monthly Auto-Recharge Customers)
- Promotional code or event discount applied
3.2 Bonus Credits
- Free credits provided as part of a promotion
- Recurring Payment Bonus Credit (+10%)
- Credits issued as event or reward
- Referral Reward Credits
3.3 Policy Violation
- In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions
- In cases of suspected misuse
- Repeated refund requests from the same account (to prevent abuse)
- If charged for the purpose of transfer or resale to another person
4. Special Refund Reasons
Refunds may be reviewed even after 30 daysin the following cases.
4.1 Service Outage
- Due to a technical error on the platform, the service will be unavailable for over 72 hours.
- Credit Deduction Error (When deducted despite no actual usage)
- Double payment due to payment system error
Processing Method
You may choose between a full refund or a credit of the same amount, processed within 7 business days.
4.2 Legal Obligations
- Right to Cancel an Order under the 「Electronic Commerce Act」
- Payments without the consent of a minor's legal representative
- Refund obligations under other consumer protection laws and regulations

- 3. Select the relevant charge → Click the "Request Refund" button
- 4. Select Refund Reason and Provide Details
- 5. Enter Refund Account Information (for bank transfer payments)

6. Important Notes Regarding Refunds
6.1 Credit Validity Period
- Valid for one year from the date of charging
- Automatically expires upon expiration date
- Unused credits will expire after three monthsfollowing recharge.
6.2 Canceling Recurring Payments
- Automatically cancel recurring payments upon refund
- New benefits not applicable upon re-enrollment
6.3 Refund Fee
- Within 7 days: No fee
- Within 30 days: 10% fee
6.4 Refund Restrictions
- Limited to three times per year per account
- Applications cannot be submitted if exceeding three times.
7. Options available instead of a refund
7.1 Credit Validity Period Extension
- Additional 6-month extension of validity period
- 10% bonus credit added

Refund scheduled: 400,000 KRW (Remaining 4,000C)
→ 4,400C (Bonus 400C) + 6-month extension of validity period
7.2 Package Downgrade
- Switch to a smaller package
- Difference Refund (5% Fee)
8. Customer Rights Protection
8.1 Dispute Resolution
- If a refund is denied, you may request a reconsideration.
- Customer Service Center 1:1 Consultation Provided
8.2 Personal Information Protection
- Information will be immediately destroyed after the refund is completed.
- No third-party provision
9. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I only used 5C of my credit, so why can't I get a full refund?
If it's within 7 days, it's possible. If more than 7 days have passed, a partial refund (less a 10% fee) is possible depending on usage.
Is the 10% bonus received through recurring payments also refundable?
No. Credits issued as a bonus are not eligible for refunds.
Can I get a refund for the amount I topped up using a promo code?
Refunds are not available for items purchased using a promotional code.
Can I continue to use the credit after requesting a refund?
Upon receiving a refund request, the credit will be immediately frozen and cannot be used.
Can I file a dispute if a refund is denied?
Yes, you can request a re-evaluation through our customer service center.
The expiration date is approaching. Can I get a refund?
If the refund policy conditions are met, a refund is possible regardless of the expiration date.
I topped up via bank transfer. Can I get a refund on my card?
Refunds are generally issued only to the original payment method. If you have an exception, please contact Customer Service.
Can corporate payments also be refunded?
Yes, the same refund policy applies. Please submit your business registration certificate.
10. Policy Change Notice
- This refund policy will take effect on February 9, 2026.
- We will notify you via our website and email at least 30 days prior to any policy changes.
- Credits charged before the change will be subject to the old policy.
- When making changes that are disadvantageous to members, we will follow the consent procedure.
